Another gentle twelve

12M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run at 6.40min/M
5M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M

Nice and easy today in the end. I was thinking of doing something faster this evening, but have rejigged my week to run it tomorrow. Probably more sensible. I felt great this morning.
