17M double; recovery run & steady run
7M am recovery run
10M pm at 5.45-6.00min/M effort (with a big pack... so actually slower than that)
I was pretty tired this morning still after yesterday's kilometre reps. And most of the day my legs were a bit on the reasuringly achy side. But come home time, I managed to coax a pleasing amount of spring out of them and hit a good pace. Despite my heavy pack. (I was running back into town from Romford.) I kept it not too long and stopped at Mile End.
