Five and five

10M double; recovery run x2
5M am recovery run
5M pm recovery run

Two gentle runs. To and from work. Pretty shattered after yesterday. Though I slept LOTS last night which might have mitigated things a bit.

    How are you, well I hope, keep going with the 2k reps I know thay are hard but after 6/8 weeks you will be looking for more.
