Seven again... feeling springy

7M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M

I ran to work gently today. My legs are feeling great. I had forgotten what it's like to feel normal and rested.

The carbo load starts today. Day 1 = fun. Day 2 = a bit uncomfortably full. Day 3 = headache and bored of it.

I am SO excited... and a little bit nervous.
