Recovery and some strides

8M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M incl 5x50m strides

Nothing flashy this week.

Probably 35 miles or so ahead of race day.

Plenty of sleep.

And plenty of carbs from Thursday.

Just 8 today nice and gently around the perimeter of the Heath with a few sets of strides.
