Recovery























14M double; recovery run x2
7M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
7M pm recovery run at ~6.20min/M

Two easy runs today. Calves still a little tight on the way in, but less than at the weekend.

I headed home via Parliament Hill. At the right time to take this photo (above) and watch a bit of the Highgate Harriers Open Meeting.
