Rest...

I picked up my number this morning. 961.

I enjoyed the trip out to Excel, eyeing up parts of the course, listening to my pre-race soundtrack.

I'm confident I could have pushed on earlier last April - I didn't like to when I could start feeling the pace at 16-17. Instead I just started worrying, before hitting it hard at 20. But I could walk the next day, so there was clearly some margin for going harder!

I really can't wait!
