Easy

13M double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run at 6.45min/M
8M pm recovery run at 6.45min/M

I'm better from a viral point of view but stuck with easy running. My legs are beginning to feel full of beans. Looking forward to trying them out at the National 12 Stage tomorrow.

I've been set a target for the race: 40 seconds faster than last year. That means 27.38.
