17M double; recovery runs x2 & core strength exercises
7M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
10M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises

Nice and easy today. Calves a bit tight after yesterday, but nothing focal or worrying. My evening run included a nice loop around the Heath (above).
