Upping the distance

15M - double; recovery run & general aerobic run
5M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M

I'm getting there. I was planning on heading to the track this evening, but work conspired against that.

Instead, I cruised home at a healthy 'general aerobic' pace. I had plenty of spring in my stride.

I could just about feel the front of my right hip, but my calves are back to normal I think.

I should be good for some speed tomorrow.

The plan in the short term? A half marathon on 15th October.

Perfect timing for a PB before I get married on the 22nd and take a little breather while honeymooning!
