More rest

Nothing again today. My lower calves are still the issue. But my ankle is improved.

The one bit of running I did was up the stairs at Romford Station to try and get the train back to Liverpool Street. I didn't make it. The other people who made a dash did.

Perhaps I'll run a mile or two tomorrow. Very slowly.

  1. Hey Rich, sorry to see Sunday panned out very differently to your target. Comments on form aside, that was clearly a classic bad day when things (big and small) didn't come together. Still good experience I'm sure.
    Maybe give those complaining pins and demons a chance to settle before you try chastising yourself on asphalt mind. You can't even have had time for quiet reflection fueled by several beers yet..
