2 miles felt ok

2M am recovery run at ~9.00min/M

I walked to the park and then ran two miles very gently this morning. It wasn't bad. My soleuses are still sore and my right hip flexor knows it was in a race on Sunday. But I had no adverse reaction to the morning's outing.
