Eight and feeling good

8M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M

I'm almost back to normality now. Slight residual tightness in my calves, but nothing else. I'm heading to the Southern Road Relays tomorrow to run gently round the course for the team. I'm looking forward to pulling on the Highgate stripes.
