Hill reps - my last before race day

10M am speed session incl 16x400m hills (67-71s up; 56-59 down) off 40s

Just one run today. A speed session in the park first thing. My legs are still pleasingly tired after Wednesday's tempo session.

I got up early and hit the hill in Brockwell Park. It wasn't my best in terms of splits, but it was a good session. I then headed to work with Yasmin at a nice gentle pace.

I don't have any niggles. And I've got in a fair bit of speed this week. All is good.

Next week's job is to rest up. And to get there mentally. I'm taking the week off work, so both should be achievable.
