A solid 10K race

14M including Middlesex 10K race in 32.18 (3rd position; 5.11min/M)

Not a PB. But I'm happy. Mainly because my calf didn't give out (or even complain). And it's also 20 seconds faster than two weeks out from London this year. I'm feeling speedier. I'll aim to get a bit more speed in me this week.

So pleased for Mo too.
