2K reps

7M am 2K rep session (with 4x2K at ~5.00min/M off 2 min jog)

I'm feeling good. Over the aches of last week. I really enjoyed blowing away some cobwebs with this moring's sesion. I ran it in Brockwell Park and ran it similarly to the time I ran it before in Regent's Park with Shuan and Danny.

I'm still not back to full speed, but I'm not far off now. I'm really champing at the bit to hit some training hard ahead of my half maratho.
