Four

4M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M

Just four gentle ones to Dulwich and back this morning. My legs had forgotten that it's normal not to hurt. This week is a bit of a revelation.

I LOVE carbo loading. Or at least, I love the start of carbo loading. From memory, day three is a bit of a chore.

But in the mean time, the kitchen is pleasingly full of sourdough bread, hot cross buns, pasta and other carb delights.
