Just 4

4M recovery run at ~6.45min/M

I took it easy today. Not because of my calf (thankfully). But because I'm racing in the Middlesex 10K tomorrow. My leg feels fine after yesterday's runs and I should be back on track. It'll be nice to blow some cobwebs out in the race. To get some more speed in my mileage-heavy legs.
