Five (and a reminder of the weekend)

Yasmin found this picture of me in Sunday's race. It kind of sums it up. Pain. Rain. But an England vest!

We ran gently to work today. My legs felt kind of like a Monday after a half marathon. I'll be good in a couple more days.
