A track session

15M - double; recovery run & 800m reps
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M
10M pm incl 8x800m at 2.24-2.28 off 60s

I made it to the track today for the first time in a good while. I wasn't totally full of beans and my belly was aching. But I still felt it was a good session. No niggles. Looking forward to the Bristol 10K on Sunday.
