Fairly easy

10M - double; recoveryand general aerobic runs
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M with pack
5M pm recovery run at ~6.00min/M with pack

I had a BUSY day work and home-wise today, so had to reschedule my speed session for tomorrow morning. I fitted in a gentle run to work with Yasmin (a great way to wake up after a late night in front of PowerPoint). I had plenty of energy for a relatively sprightly cruise home from Pimlico in the evening. Looking forward to some 100m reps to sharpen up my speed.
