Slow running

13M - double; recovery run x2 & core strength exercises
5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
8M pm recovery run at ~7.15min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

Two slow ones today. Tops of my quads a bit tired. Ankle fine. No niggles. Track tomorrow!

Fitted in some exercises in front of the telly in the evening. Missed out the hops in case my ankle twinge yesterday was due to that sort of impact.
