400m hills

11M double; 400m hill reps & recovery run
6M am hill rep session incl 20x400m up (70-72s) & down (56-58s) off 45s
5M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack

Quite a day one way and another. Busy apart from anything. I got up early for a good quality 400m hill rep session in the park. I alternated up and down hill reps this time and felt fresher than I expected given my last couple of days' sessions. My splits were slightly slower than last time I did this one, but I felt positive.

I just about managed to squeeze in my second run at 9 in the evening by getting off the tube home at Warren Street and running the rest of the way.
