11M double; Recovery run with strides & recovery run
6M am recovery run with 25x100m strides
5M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack
I ran my 100m session today with the idea of strides in my mind more than just speed. I'm not sure if this is best, but I thought I'd try it. I mixed them in with a gentle recovery run on the way to work (without my pack). It was still pretty exerting. And I was glad for a gentle run in the afternoon.
