Steady

15M - double; general aerobic and recovery runs
10M am general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M
5M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M

A lightish day today. A pre-work 10 around Brockwell and Dulwich Parks. And a post-work 5 up and down the Thames before and night out. Feeling pretty good.
