A very gentle day

5M at ~8.15min/M

Just a really gentle one around Brockwell Park with Yasmin this morning. Met an Ethiopian athlete who's a 65 min half marathon runner doing some stretches.

South of England 12 stage relays tomorrow... legs looking forward to some speed.
