Getting ready for a half marathon

14M - double; recovery & general aerobic run (with strides)
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack
8M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M with pack incl 8x100m strides

I'm looking forward to the Bath Half Marathon this weekend. Hopefully my sore throat won't evolve into anything - I think it'll be OK, I can't really feel it this evening. It'd be a shame if I had to miss out on a good chance to get a PB (it's a fast race with a good number of people coming in under 70 minutes, so there should be a good pack to latch onto to try and get a really good time).

I added in some strides to my evening run, but nothing too strenuous.
