Another steady day

15M - recovery run & general aerobic run
5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M

Just some relatively easy miles today. I feel pretty good. And have no niggles. Long may it continue (well at least for the next 3 and a half weeks please).
