Just some exercises

Core strength exercises (six cycles; ~50mins)

Just some core strength exercises today - I'm off on holiday, so no time for running. And a rest after a couple of hard days will set me up for a good longish tempo run on Sunday... probably on the treadmill.

I did six cycles of the same exercises as Monday other than missing out the squats. This was Ron's suggestion - we wondered if the squats contributed to my hip injury in the autumn, and it would be stupid to let that happen again so close to the marathon.
