Steady miles in the mountains

14M - double; recovery run & general aerobic run
5.5M am recovery run at 8.15min/M (hilly)
8.5M pm general aerobic run at 7.00min/M (hilly)

A slightly easier day today. Another exploratory morning run - very gentle. Heart rate ~140bpm.

The evening run was 8.5M rather than the 10 planned to compensate for yesterday's longer run, but was a goodish pace in the hills and was divided into alternating 1-2M segments of up and down hill, meaning the effort also alternated. Forgot my heart rate monitor, which seems the best way to judge things round here.
