Tue 8/3 - 17M double; 5M recovery & 12M speed incl 5x1M at 3.03-3.08 off 90s
Wed 9/3 - 17M double; 5M recovery & 12M gen aerobic at 6.00min/M
Thu 10/3 - 20M long run at ~6.20min/M
Fri 11/3 - 15M double; 5M recovery & 10M tempo run at 5.30-5.20min/M
Sat 12/3 - core strength exercises
Sun 13/3 - 15M double; 5M recovery & 10M 1M hill reps at 5.33-5.38min/M
TOTAL - 96M
