Post-race recovery

13M - double; recovery run x2 & core strength exercises
5M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack
8M pm recovery run at 6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

My legs were heavy today after yesterday's race. No specific niggles. Just heavy. Which is fine. Hopefully they'll be feeling more perky for some mile reps tomorrow.

I managed a bit of core strength exercise at the end of the day. Six cycles, missing out the squats again.
