Thu 24/3 - 22M long run at 6.20 (0-7), 6.00 (7-14) & 5.30 (14-22)
Fri 25/3 - 15M double; 5M recovery & 10M gen aerobic runs
Sat 26/3 - 5M recovery run at 8.15min/M
Sun 27/3 - 11M incl 5M at 5.15min/M and 3M at 5.19min/M
TOTAL - 102M
