More steady miles in the mountains

14M - double; recovery run & fast and slow run
4M am recovery run at 7.45min/M (hilly at 1600m)
10M pm fast and slow average 7.00min/M (hilly at 1600m)

A more average day. The afternoon run was up and down hill, meaning that the changes in effort were mainly dictated by the incline. My legs feel good. No niggles. Calf fine after yesterday's false alarm. Slow run tomorrow in readiness for the Reading Half Marathon.
