12 easier miles

12M - double; recovery run x2
5.5M am recovery run at 7.45min/M
6.5M pm recovery run at 7.45min/M

After yesterday's hard one, I took it easy today. Though in the hills, even 7.45min/M hurts at times. Looking on mapmyrun, yesterday's mile reps included about 60m of ascent and finished with an 8% incline over the last couple of hundred metres.

Today's was a slow run, but included 220m of climb.
