A long steady one

20M - long run at 6.20min/M

A midweek long run today. Along the river with a couple of loops of Westminster, one loop of Battersea, back to Brixton, a loop to Dulwich and then to Brixton Sainsbury's (for some ketchup for my fishy dinner).

Not too fast - which was the plan. But it was also a good thing, cos my stomach was churning like crazy and didn't enjoy itself. I was pleased to keep going to the end. Refuelling required.
