Steady miles

15M - double; recovery & general aerobic runs & exercises
5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

Just some easier running today. Plus my day job. My legs feel pretty good after yesterday's long run. Thanks in part to my massage I should think. No niggles still.

I managed some core strength work too before heading out for the evening.
