A well timed virus

Rest

I've got a sore throat and a bit of a temperature. I've been well since Christmas, so I consider this a perfectly timed virus. Definitely a time to take it easy, so no run today and I'll wait until I'm fully over it. My legs are feeling pretty good by now, just the mildest of aches left in my calves. I'll be flying again by early next week once I've shaken the infection off.
