Well earned rest - the taper is here!

I rested today after a really good week. And a good few weeks in fact. It's two weeks to the marathon, so the taper starts in earnest.

I also have some tightness in my right adductor / hamstring since yesterday's race. I went to see Gavin at Backs and Beyond for a bit of work on it. And added a bath followed by ice for good measure. I felt good after all that but am also planning to rest tomorrow - nothing to be gained now from risk taking (until race day itself).
