I can walk up AND down stairs!

Yes, my legs are pretty effing stiff. But in a healthy way - not like last year when I had horrible knotted glutes and TFLs. It's mainly in my calves and quads. And I can walk up AND down stairs! Might think about a gentle run in a day or two.

I'm already itching to get back out there.

I had to do an outreach clinic in Chelmsford today. Downside: four hours in a car and seven hours of brain strain. Fringe benefit: I got to drive over two sections of the course (Limehouse and Rotherhithe) and relive the memories of yesterday with music blaring.
