Five in the Dorset countryside

5M recovery run at 8.00min/M

The virus is going. And my calves are nearly back to normal. Yasmin and I made it out of our B&B for a pre-breakfast (hillyish) 5 mile tootle. I felt full of springiness, though still just a little bit stiff. Longer tomorrow. Still can't get the marathon out of my head.

    Was a great race and fantastic we both got the chance to run together. Made all the difference.
