Wed 13/4 - 6M recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
Thu 14/4 - 5M recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
Fri 15/4 - 5M recovery run at ~7.00min/M
Sat 16/4 - Rest
Sun 17/4 - 27M incl London Marathon in 2.22.40 (5.27min/M)
TOTAL - 61M
