Thu 10/2 - 18M double; 8M recovery (7.00) & 10M inc 3M tempo (5.35; pack)
Fri 11/2 - 16M double; 8M recovery x 2 (7.00-8.15 & 7.00) & exercises
Sat 12/2 - 10M recovery run at 8.00min/M
Sun 13/2 - 25M long run at 6.27(0-10M), 5.57 (11-20M) & 5.30 (21-25M)
TOTAL - 123M
