Recovery

15M - double; recovery & general aerobic runs & core strength exercises
5M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.30min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (five circuits)

A lighter day. I felt pretty good this morning after yesterday's exertions, but took it easy on the way to work. New trainers made me feel good too. And the warm temperature meant I was out in shorts and a T-shirt for the first time in ages.

I felt good on the way home too. Didn't push it though. Though I did speed up a bit when someone appeared in my rear view mirror on Queenstown Road.

A few core strength exercises in the evening in front of the telly.

No niggles. No tightness even. Not bad after all last week's miles.
