Feeling good

10M - double; recovery runs x2
6M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
4M pm recoveru run at ~6.20min/M

Two light ones today. I suddenly felt full of running on my second one. Should be fresh for the National cross-country championships on Saturday.
