15 slowly

15M - double; recovery and general aerobic runs & exercises
5M am ecovery run at ~8.15min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.45min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (six circuits)

Another lightish day. Not very stiff and felt pretty fresh in the morning to my surprise. No niggles. All good!
