A shortish Sunday

16M - double; general aerobic and recovery runs & exercises
10M am gen aerobic run at ~6.30min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)
6M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M

The end of my recovery week, so no long run today. I was surprisingly unstiff after yesterday, just tired. I went for a couple of gentlish runs, did some exercises (won't have time tomorrow as I've got clinic in Chelmsford) and generally lay around reading the paper.

No niggles.
