A recovery day

10M - double; recovery run x2
6M am recovery run at 6.30min/M
4M pm revovery run at 6.15min/M

A light day. I had planned a bit more of a workout in the evening, but I got trapped on the wards at work and could on squeeze in 4 miles before my dinner appointment... Probably a good thing - I'll have more energy for my longish tempo run on Friday.
