Feeling good

16M - double; recovery run & general aerobic run
6M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.00min/M

A gentle run in the Chelmsford countryside before clinic this morning. Nothing very flashy. I felt pretty fantastic by this evening, really light on my feet. I didn't give it too much as tomorrow needs to be a good day.
