Another good day

11M - double; recovery run x2
3M am recovery run at ~6.15min/M with pack
8M pm recovery run at ~6.00min/M

A couple of nice springy runs along the river today. Hip good. Quads still pleasingly achy after the weekend. I feel back on song.
